TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS:

A deposit of 50% of the total stay cost is required at the time of booking. This payment must be made via bank transfer to the hotel to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card 15 days prior to your arrival.

*Initial deposit: payments accepted only via bank transfer or bank deposit, if not received within 24 hours máximum, reservations will be canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY                                                              

15 days or more prior to arrival 50% penalty will be charged.

14 days or less prior to arrival 100% penalty.
