TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT:                           

100% of the total stay has to be payed at least 15 days prior to your arrival at the hotel.

Payments can be done via wire transfer or through bank deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY                                                              

Fully refundable 15 days or more prior to arrival date.                              

15 days or more prior to arrival 50% penalty will be charged.

In the event that the card provided for payment does not pass or the guest does not guarantee their reservation with a transfer, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation from that moment on.

14 days or less prior to arrival 100% penalty.
